Services Offered
Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy can be for mental health concerns, substance use concerns, or both. It can also be to help increase coping in many other areas of life that are not related to a mental health or substance use concern.
Mental Health Assessments & Substance Use Evaluations
I do not provide substance use evaluation for individuals who have been arrested for an OWI in the State of Iowa. In addition, if you have an OWI in another state and have an Iowa Driver's license I am not able to provide the evaluation for you.
Appointments
Office hours are by appointment only. An appointment will be needed to ensure there is adequate time for you. Walk-in appointments are NOT taken. Substance Use Evaluations for an OWI in Iowa are no longer a provided service.
Payment & Insurance
Payment is expected at the time of service. I am not able to offer a sliding scale. Please contact your insurance provider to determine if I am a provider for them. Be aware if I am not in network with your insurance you are responsible for the full fee. If you have any questions regarding fees please contact me.
